Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

CSR is a result orientated process in which a company takes responsibility of the entire range of its activities concerning the effects of these activities on a social, ecological and economical level, be accountable and enter into dialogue with the stakeholders.

Employees of APTS support and advise clients in achieving sustainable projects in civil engineering and / or structural projects. We also improve our own performances as an employer. By setting an example ourselves the stakeholders (clients, employees and suppliers) can benefit from this.
In our own business operations we set the tone by including sustainability of our accommodation. CSR is a process and not a final destination. Because of this we also constantly work on the deployability and development of our employees. The goals we pursue change over time and with every corporate decision. APTS is always searching for feasible steps to shape the social responsibility.
